*Well here is my little foray into the world of health care.
It started Tuesday afternoon I had some small pain in my left side where the ribs end.By late evening I could not take it any more so went to an emergency room 1 1/2 blocks from my house. They took x-rays and blood work and found I had pneumonia.Well I thought they will admit me and treat me.Silly me.(BTW this was at 11:30pm.) They said since my doctors were at another hospital I would be transfered there.I said OK.Well by the time they got the transfer set up and the ambulance picked me up it was 3:00pm next day Wednesday.
Well they gave me blood tests,chest x-rays and ct scans for 2 days and said yes it's pneumonia So here I am home with antibiotics and cough syrup and $300 lighter. Will have to wait and see what the little joy ride will cost me and the ER visit
I am lucky to have the insurance I have through Medicare *
