Yes, the 'learning-curve' can seem steep to some. IMO Many people are afraid/suspicious of any change/s as well, and the 'staunch-entrenchment-factor/s' may have something to do with it as well.
I'd like to see more of an age-breakdown, to see how younger/older persons perceive themselves.
