Why not create a DEVEL_BRANCH for 0.7 and keep the HEAD_BRANCH for 0.6.x? That way people can have both checked out concurrently. The development on 0.7 will probably lead to periods where the codebase is broken while architectural changes are rolled out. > > Let the 0.7 fun begin!
