I suppose the CheckInterval is in seconds.  By increasing or decreasing the
value how would you affect performance?

The number of threads that the server uses to process requests can now vary
depending on the load the server is under.  Previously, the number of
threads was fixed at 10.  The check interval defines how often the thread
utilization is checked and 100 is a fairly low number.  I think the rest of
the parameters are self explanatory.
