Ingo, I've just barely skimmed your message. I'm swamped on a project 
right now.

Yes, MK still gets developed, but I haven't needed too many changes to 
it for awhile now. My last improvements were optimizations that made is 
substantially faster that earlier versions. I certainly use it on a 
regular basis!

Regarding the test suite, I invoked the scripts separately on purpose 
so each one will have a "fresh environment" to run on. That way I can 
be sure that test failures are the result of earlier test cases gone 
amuk.

I believe there is a webware-discuss question on MK I need to get to as 
well. Hopefully I'll have more time later in the week to look all this 
over!
