The mod_webkit.dll and wkcgi.exe in CVS were corrupted, probably because
they weren't checked in as binary files.  I just fixed them.

When checking in binary files, you need to use:

    cvs add -kb filename    (when you add the file initially to the project)
    cvs admin -kb filename    (to fix it up after the fact)
