[Webware-devel] Changing webware.sf.net

We should change webware.sf.net to point to our new server.  I'm not 
sure what the best way to do this is.  I don't see any documentation on 
SF that specifically addresses this, so either we can try it ourselves 
with an .htaccess redirect, or submit a support request.  There might 
be other things we can do that I can't see in the interface, as I only 
have developer permission for the webware project.

The new server seems to have a complete website up, just the same site 
that we have currently, so we should be able to switch it at any time.
