Thanks for the test suite, Chuck -- that made this an irresistable
challenge.  It wasn't that hard for the most part, just some tweaks and
a bit of refactoring.  I've checked all my changes into CVS.

Hopefully we'll one day have a test suite for WebKit, too -- it's a
wonderful thing to make changes with confidence that you're not breaking
other behaviour.

BTW - I ran the tests under MySQL too, just to make sure there are no
regressions, but as I don't have MS SQL, I couldn't test that.
