Hi,
it's several days after I said 'in the next day', but I've
finally uploaded a new TemplateServer version.

Changes:
- several small bug fixes
- reimplemented the #block directive to avoid maximum
recursion depth errors with large blocks.
- created many new test cases in the regression testing
suite
- added an example site to the examples/ directory
- started the User's Guide
The User's Guide is just a skeleton at the moment.
I'm in the process of filling it in. I'd appreciate any
comments on the TOC structure or contributions of
examples.
Version 0.8.1 will contain a less skeletal User's Guide.
