Can't say that I have. My guess is that few have and that it has fallen
into disrepair.
Most everybody chooses to run the app server separate from the web server
so that they can restart the app server at any time. Combined with the
"retry" features of the adapters, this is very attractive.
Are you sure you want to run the app server *inside* Apache? What's the
motiviation?
