If you go to the Webware home page and then "@ SourceForge" you will see a
toolbar. One of the items is "CVS" and takes you to this page:

Which has the instructions. If you use UNIX then you probably already have
it on your system. Regardless, you can get more CVS info at www.cvshome.org
as well as looking through the SF site docs.
Of course, as I write this it looks like someone is having a problem that
indicates the server is down... let me look.
