How do you have Webware installed?  Sounds like there's something wrong 
with your setup.

You probably have Webware installed underneath your InetPub 
directory.  This isn't a good idea.  Instead, install it somewhere 
else.  Like for example, c:\Webware.  Then put just a copy of WebKit.cgi 
into one of your InetPub\wwwroot directories and edit the top of the file 
so that it points to your Webware installation.

I'm not sure about those parameters, but I can tell you that I get 
excellent performance from Webware without ever having to touch them.
