Thanks for your tip. My apache httpd has no administrator rights, so it had no rights to enter my /home/net directory. After "chmod 755" on the /home/net directory, it worked.

Did you set the WebwareDir variable at the top of the script? What did you
set it to? Can you copy and paste that after "ls" at the command prompt and
see the directory?
