You can only do accounts with TWiki if you set up HTTP authentication,
which I don't think is worth it, since people wouldn't have access to
editing until I created an account for them.  So everyone is just
Guest -- but you can sign it with your Wiki name (e.g.,
Main.ChuckEsterbrook).
