Yes. Version 0.6a1 installs correctly, output of install.py does not end
with "Creating browsable source and summaries... / CGIWrapper", but goes
all the way to "Creating ComponentIndex.html...", "Setting permissions
on CGI scripts..." etc, ending with "Installation is finished".

AppServer starts up without complaining and everything seems to work.

Version 0.6b1 installs exactly as i described - seems like install.py
skips for some reason some parts of installation procedure.

No, there was not "_installed file", indicating that install failed.
But install.py did not give any error message.
