I still get a 404 error after adding .tmpl to the ExtensionsToIgnore
setting. BTW, allowing wildcards here would be nice, even if the setting is
changed to ExtensionsToServe. I actually added ".tmpl" and ".tmpl~" to the
set. Would have been better to have been able to add just ".tmpl*".
