I am deploying an app next week on IIS.

Originally it was slated to run on FreeBSD, but the sysadmin got nervous and is asking 
who will support it if its not Windows.  He
only buys DELL servers also.

Ironically the DB for this app is postgres on redhat, and thier main enterprise server 
is am IBM 400, but he wants IIS outside of
the firewall for security reasons.  He feels that it is more secure then 
linux/FreeBSD.  I have to agree with him, since he needs to
understand the box in order to secure it.

And yet, the last bunch of MS worms hit them hard.
