I have tracked down and fixed some hanging and memory leak problems in wkcgi.exe. If you're using wkcgi.exe, you should probably upgrade to this new version. It can be downloaded from http://webware.sourceforge.net/MiscDownloads/ForCVS/Windows/wkcgi.exe and the source has been checked into Webware CVS.
In Webware CVS, I also fixed a problem with IIS compatibility. Unlike Apache, IIS does not set the QUERY_STRING environment variable at all if there is no QUERY_STRING.
