As far as I can see (from a quick WHOIS query) the server hosting the package is in Singapore; is that correct? In other words, the strict US regulations of cryptographic software won't apply... Are there any such rules/laws in Singapore? IOW: Is it legal to download this package from somewhere outside Singapore? (I guess it wouldn't be legal outside the US, if it were hosted there... Or?
