I just fixed a buffer overflow bug in wkcgi that prevents large POSTs, including large file uploads, from working. This buffer overflow was also a potential security hole.
Therefore, if you are using wkcgi, I recommend upgrading to the new version. I've just uploaded a precompiled Windows binary to http://webware.sourceforge.net/MiscDownloads/ForCVS/Windows/ .
