The word on the street is that wkISAPI has a memory leak.  It also hasn't
undergone much testing.

I tried it a long time ago and got it to work, but now I just use Apache
1.3.24 with mod_webkit instead.

If you must use IIS then you should try the wkcgi.exe adapter which is
written in C and will run faster than the Python CGI adapter.  You can
download a compiled copy from the MiscDownloads area on the Webware home
page.
