Webware is more difficult to serve than just the Python environment -- it's easy to find hosts with Python installed, but much harder to find hosts where you can run long-running processes (Webware's AppServer). It's very similar to hosting Zope -- probably lots of places that host Zope could host Webware (well, they all *could* -- probably many of them would be willing to do so).
