This is important, because if you just reload the changed module you won't change the class behavior of instances that have already been created. Webware has a lot of instances floating around, so it just doesn't work to do reloads. Also, if some module uses "from X import Y" and X gets reloaded, that module will still be looking at the old Y. Again, Webware does this a lot.
