Nope -- WebKit only reads the Application.config at start time, so you have to restart the service to pick up the new context.
 
You could, however, add a new directory to an existing context and WebKit will pick that up immediately.  Depending on what you're trying to accomplish that could be useful.

I'm using Webware 0.7 on Windows XP and 2000 running the ThreadedAppServer as a Windows service behind Apache with mod_webkit. If I add a new context to Application.Config is there a way to have the AppServer recognize this change without restarting the whole service?
