Thanks for the suggestion, but it didn't seem to help my situation.

I just tried setting both the webware, webware/webkit, and my py-cgi
directories to chmod 755.  I also stopped the appserver and my version of
apache before doing so and restarted them afterward and I still got the
"premature end of script headers" error.

Any ideas?

Did you chmod the Webware/WebKit directory?  WebKit.cgi needs to be able to
import modules there.
