Well pretty much everything.  I run apache and webkit inside a freebsd 'jail' 
(aka virtual server) on a box that I manage, purely for security reasons.  
They work perfectly for what I'm doing.  However, 'top', 'vmstat' and a few 
other system reporting tools won't work. This makes some development work 
slightly harder, but I haven't found it to be a block.
