There's nothing there right now, though it shouldn't be that hard to add. I've done it before, but not in a general way, and now that there's streaming it would have to be rewritten. In terms of speed it might be fastest with mod_gzip. But I haven't tried to set that up, and I'm not sure how well mod_webkit could be chained with mod_gzip.
