When I tried the webkit cgi the only way to get was to compile it, I don't think you can use the .cgi version with windows Jose

That's weird, and maybe someone on Windows will know why that happens -- it's like the CGI script is being called with something not like a normal file. Is it running in mod_python or something? Anyway, using WebKit.exe instead of WebKit.cgi will probably work better for you.
