how exactly did you copy your settings? Just copy the files in the Config directory? My idea was to install webware 8.1 in a new directory like you did, run the install. Make a copy of my existing config files, and then run the makeappworking directory script and copy my config files back over.

That sound reasonable?

Well what I did when I updated was to expand 8.1 into a new directory, run the installer script and then I used a diff program to make sure that all my settings were copied correctly. Then just copied over the old installation. Took about 10 min to get done.
