Randall: I hesitate to answer as I'm a webkit newbie. This may not be exactly the answer you want. In any event, at least wkcgi does find my Main.py.
I started with the beginner tutorial located in: Webware-0.8.1/WebKit/Docs/Tutorial.html The key step I think might help you is to run MakeAppWorkDir.py. I don't know where the experts that usually hang out here have gone. On vacation, I suppose.
