There are no unusual issues, just make sure each user gets thier own webware running in thier own space. And gets lots and lots of RAM.
If you are asking about running webware under a typical shared account, you really should not. Most hosts will look for and kill long running processes. You can try to start Webware under screen, but they will notice the RAM use pretty quickly.
A better solution is to get a virtual server, or look for a hosting compay run by someone related to me.
'Good' in hosting refers to the price/value. If you are in the 70-120 / mo range I like RackShack, (but I don't live with anyone from that company).
Seriously though, what are you trying to do? How many hits/hr? How much caching is involved? etc...
