Welcome to Webware! I hope you like it as much as I do. I find Webware one of the true software gemstones of the Internet. > It acts strange! Hmm, when I first started using Webware I thought the same thing. I had to read the documents more than once, but after I had done so I found it actually did work the way that the documentation said it would :) It took me a bit of time and effort to get used to Webware, but once I did I learned to love it. > But, I do http://localhost/webware/a > then my browswer shows the famous Examples pages. > Actually there is no such thing as 'a' in my > /http/webware directory. The link http://arbago.com/webware gives a directory listing, and the link http://arbago.com/cgi-bin/WebKit.cgi also does not work. Since your Webware files are exposed to the internet at present, the file http://admin.arbago.com:8081/webware/Configs/Application.config can be seen and shows your Webware admin password. Please change the password and make the files unavailable for internet viewing! I also had a stroll through your WebWare error logs :) James Phillips http://zunzun.com ------------------------------------------------------- This SF.net email is sponsored by: IBM Linux Tutorials.
