Not sure what the problem is it might be because you are using the foxserver  version, 
not sure if they distribute a standard distro or not.  just as an FYI I am using 
mod_webkit2 on XP pro with Apache 2.0.46 with out any difficulty.  You might want to 
think about upgrading your version of Apache, I know since the 39 version there has 
been many security fixes in the code.  There current code is version 49 I believe.
