With Apache-based applications, it would seem that you have to get Apache to
"protect" the authorised areas of your site, and from Webware (and other
components outside Apache) you apparently have no such fine-grained control
over the authentication/authorisation process itself.
OK, so what are people doing for WebWare sites that require Authentication/Authorisation?
I'm just starting on a Web app that will reuire a pretty flexible authorization scheme -- what people see at any given URL could be quite different depending on who they are.
Is there anything useful in UserKit to build on?
Has Chuck Esterbrook abandoned us?
