I had the same problem on my OS X box at home. My solution was to change the Location tag in the apache config to 127.0.0.1 (instead of localhost). It seems to work fine after I did that.
Hmm, I changed 'WKServer localhost 8086' to 'WKServer 127.0.0.1 8086' in the httpd.conf file and restarted apache. No luck, still get the same 404 page.
