It appears that MiddleKit installs the MKBrowser context automatically when
it is loaded as a plugin.  If you are not using MiddleKit then you could
simply remove the MiddleKit directory.  If you are using MiddleKit but you
don't want MKBrowser context then try renaming the MiddleKit/WebBrowser
subdirectory, or commenting out the lines in MiddleKit/__init__.py that
install the context.
