Never having dealt with Win32 authentication on a programmatic level,
I'm making a shot in dark here, but perhaps you could use Zope's
NTUserFolder product for inspiration?  I haven't used NTUserFolder
myself, but it should be possible to roll the same functionality into
Webware without massive effort.
