I assumed it would likely end up being whoever did past releases, but I
guess it could be anyone senior enough in the community to be allowed to
do an official release. I (and whoever else offering funding) could get
their address or PayPal account name from them off-list.

The more the merrier, yes... I agree with the benefits of getting
Webware into various distros, but I'd settle for just a source release.

Congrats... Small world, I have a 6-month-old adjusting my schedule
lately too. If babies have shown up in more Webware households, that
alone could explain the time between releases!
