The old 0.8.1 documentation is so incomplete it's almost useless--about a year ago I first started learning Webware for Python using those docs and really only made progress after reading Jason Hildebrand's Intro and then sifting through the mailing list archives. Most of the code is well commented, so submit generating reference pages from the source with Epydoc (http://epydoc.sourceforge.net/).
