I written one that I use in our main web application. In my opinion, it's really easy to use. The idea is that the javascript only needs to be written once and everything else is handled in pure python in a webware-ish way.

The code is not hosted anywhere right now, but I'd be more than happy to post it here as a couple of attachments (combined size is just over 7000 bytes).
