It's not up to me what the versions are. I'm using CentOS 
so I cannot change them. And actually I don't want that.
I'm very happy for those folks taking care of all updates.

I figured this out. Actually, it's created during build, but
for some wierd reason below .libs/mod_webkit.so. So copying 
it from there works just fine. (at least it loads, I'm just
configuring it)
