A couple of days ago I was seeing this and, per Chuck's suggestion, I check the port status. The 8080 and 8086 ports were blocked. I set then to allow calls from localhost and it appeared to set things right. However, yesterday and today, the AppServer has hung again. Webware seems to hang.
