It is not integrated but I just finished a project that used Apache Axis as a client to WebWork to make SOAP-DSIG calls. It was pretty easy. If you go to Apache Axis mailing list and search for "axis and cryptography" you will find the thread of discussion that explains what I did. I've been toying with the idea of hooking up Axis as a view into WebWork.
