Just wanted to say thank you very much to all that have e-mailed me the link. There have been quite a few to help me out there and it is appreciated! Also, quite a few it seems in the same boat I was in, in needing it. So, I will post the link here for all to benefit from.

Go to the 2nd section, titled: Privacy Rule. Look toward bottom of that section, looking for the date: 12/28/00. Can either be downloaded in Zipped form which contains all 8 parts, or do each part individually.
If printing it out, have lots of paper on hand.........369 pages.
