I noticed that on my NOPP that I was lacking an example of re-disclosure of PHI. It states that information that we may use or disclose may be subject to re-disclosure and may not be protected by federal, privacy laws. Does anyone have a good example of a situation where information is subject to re-disclosure that I can include in our privacy notice.
