Hello:
Looking for some
information on how other facilities are handling requests by patient's for
total anonymity while they are at the hospital. Are facilities registering these
people as Jane or John Doe?, or with some other alias. Is it difficult to get
the record keeping straight?
We are in the
process of developing a procedure and would like to do what the majority of
facilities are doing. We realize that this situation does not come up often, but
would like to have a good procedure in place when it does.
Any ideas are
greatly appreciated.
