Out Iowa Wedi/SNIP group made the "recommendation" to all Iowa payers, providers, clearinghouses that at a minimum, testing begun by April 03 includes the "first stop" in your claims process - so if you are a provider who uses a clearinghouse to reach your payers, you AT LEAST should start testing with the clearinghouse. Just a recommendation of course.
