Hello all, Minutes from today's meeting are below:
1) Phoenix Summit Preparation: John indicated that he would try to find a room for the group to get together for a quick run through of presentation/panel questions prior to our breakout session in Phoenix. Per Kristin Becker, we can probably use the Phoenix Ballroom at 1:15 on Tuesday. Anyone involved with the presentation/panel discussion, please plan on meeting there at 1:15. Also, Dr. Kavic will not be part of the panel discussion. 2) New Issue from Issues Database - The new issue related to a software vendor performing testing for its customers. The group agreed to a resolution and John will post it to the issues database. The resolution will offer two different points of view based on the software vendor's situation. 3) Review of Institutitional Technical Scenarios - All technical scenarios have been received except for one small piece. Once that piece is received, we will perform a final check of the spreadsheet and forward it to Kepa. Hopefully Kepa will have this immediately after the Phoenix Summit. 4) Test Data Repository - The group discussed Sue Ryder's Medicare test files and Paul Root said that Empire is busy de-identifying the data. Once that is complete, we will load them to a website and provide a link to the site from the WEDI SNIP site. 5) Business to Business Paper - Discussion postponed to next meeting due to lack of critical personnel on the call. Our next call will be Thursday, December 5th at 11 a.m. eastern time. The call in number is 703-736-7290 pc 1315339 or you can call 800-495-0245 pin #1315339. Thanks to Kristin Becker for setting up our conference call through the end of 2003 and for providing us with this 800 number. _______________________________________________ John Lilleston Technical Supervisor Verizon Information Technologies, Inc.
