Attendees: Brandi Wyatt, Ed Hafner, Paul Root, John Huff, John Lilleston, Sunny Singh, Sue Ryder This meeting was run a little differently than the agenda that was previously sent out to the listserve. Because of the recent onslaught of threads on the email listserve, we decided as a group to try to prioritize some of the items that are on our plate. The group decided that the Business to Business White Paper re-write was not our top priority. We decided that we should first concentrate our efforts at finishing up on the dental and institutional technical scenarios. Brandi Wyatt volunteered to clean up the dental spreadsheet. Sue Ryder will send the final spreadsheet to Brandi. John Lilleston will clean up the institutional spreadsheet. Once completed, both will be re-sent to Kepa Zubeldia for publication of the test files. The group decided that our second highest priority would be an idea that was suggested by Marcelle Jackson at the Phoenix Summit. We are going to develop a survey of covered entities and ask what their top 3-5 specific issues were related to testing in their HIPAA TCS implementation. This survey will be combined and we will try to address the top 10-15 issues that are uncovered. Ed Hafner of Foresight will lead up this sub-group and Brandi Wyatt, Paul Root, and John Huff have volunteered to assist Ed. More coming in the next few weeks.... Finally, the group discussed how we could gain more participation in our bi-weekly conference calls and in our SWG overall. It was decided that we would compile a list of items that are currently being worked on or that we will probably tackle in the near future and put them out in an email to the listserve. We will ask for volunteers to assist with these efforts, assign leads, and let these groups work in conjunction with our conference calls or via email or whatever other method of communication works for these groups.
