Julie, There appears to be a lot of discussion, accidentally and otherwise, about HCCO on the WEDI listservs. I don't think it is appropriate to be using the WEDI bandwidth for these discussions. I would personally appreciate that these discussions cease on the WEDI listservs. Thank you.

I've asked several contacts about this, even some on this listserv. The best advice I've gotten was that once there is a mechanism in place for reporting complaints then I should follow the process for filing one. I do not believe there is such a "service" set up at this time. If anyone knows of one, if they could send out the info that would be great. I spent several weeks arguing with certain payers about their non-compliant request. But if I wanted to be approved for production in their system, I had to make the change.
